Egg Salad

My dad and brother really like egg salad, and as supermarket egg salad always comes in a plastic package, I started making my own! With this super simple recipe, you can make it easily at home, and low waste too!

Ingrediënts

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 or 3 spoons of mayonaise (normal or yoghurt based)

  • chives

  • paprika powder

  • curry powder

  • chili powder

Let the eggs boil for around 10 minutes. After that, put them in some cold water for a while, before peeling them. After peeling, remove the egg yolk, grab a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add the mayonaise and the paprika, curry and chili powder. I often freestyle with the spices, so you can make it according to your own taste. After mixing the spices, cut up the egg whites and add them to the mixture. Finally, add some chives and put everything in a glass jar (because it looks great). Eat within 5 days.
